Sari. Telah dilakukan penandaan sel darah merah (SDM) dengan radionuklida 99mTc menggunakan SnCl2 sebagai reduktor. Kondisi penandaan optimum dengan menggunakan darah tikus diperoleh pada pemakaian SnCl2. 2H2O Iug dan suhu pemanasan 49-50 derajat C selama 15 menit. Efisiensi penandaan dan kemurnian radiokimia ditentukan dengan kromatografi kertas menaik menggunakan kertas Whatman No.1 sebagai fase diam dan methanol 85% sebagai fase gerak.
